Roofer for businesses and property owners.
A commercial roof is larger, has more outlets and more plant on it. And the building has to keep running in the meantime.
Four simple steps
Request a quoteMeasuring and inspecting
I come out, measure your roof and look at exactly what it needs.
A keen quote
You get a clear quote with no obligation. No surprises afterwards.
We build your roof
Once you agree, we schedule the work for a time that suits you.
Handed over watertight
The roof is handed over fully watertight, with a 10-year guarantee.
Does the building have to keep running?
That can be arranged. Give me a call and we will agree which section is done when and what that means for your operation.
What this work includes
- Commercial buildings, warehouses and halls
- Phased work while trading continues
- Surveying around plant on the roof

Working around your operation, and what you notice of it
Working around your operation
Large roofs can be done in phases: one section at a time, so the building stays open and trading continues. Plant on the roof, such as cooling units, air handling and cable trays, is surveyed beforehand, so it is no surprise halfway through the work.
A quote you can budget with
The work is broken down item by item: roof surface, upstands, roof edges, outlets, insulation. That way you can see where the money goes and decide for yourself what has to happen now and what can wait. For multi-year maintenance I provide an inspection report with photos.
Working while you stay open
A commercial roof is rarely closed in one go. I work in strips and finish each day with a sealed section, so no open roof is ever left above a space in use. Which section is done when we agree beforehand, and plant on the roof I survey before we start. If space is needed on the site or a cherry picker has to come, I arrange that and you hear when it will be there.
What people ask about this
Usually yes, in phases. On a roof above a production area or a shop we agree beforehand which sections are done when.
No, but I do survey it beforehand. Cooling units, air handling and cable trays all shape how the work runs.
Yes. I set out what really has to happen now and what can wait, with photographs, so you can take it into your maintenance planning.
What kind of building is it?
One large open area with few obstacles. Rewarding work that can be done in strips and in phases.
Cooling units, air handling and cable trays on the roof. Those are surveyed beforehand so they do not hold the work up.
Often above a space that has to stay open. Working in phases and a roof that is closed every evening.
More penetrations and often a roof terrace or plant zone. The junctions decide the work.
Small, repeated areas. Efficient when they can be done in a single run.
An inspection report with photographs setting out what has to happen now and what can wait a few years.
Request a quote for your commercial roof, no obligation.
Fill in the form or give me a call. I come out, measure it up and tell you what is needed. A 10-year guarantee on watertightness, and you are tied to nothing.
Roof maintenance and inspection
Having a look every five years often prevents a bigger repair.
Roof insulation
Insulate during the renovation. Doing it later means opening the whole roof again.
Roof renovation
Due for replacement? I measure up, assess it and tell you honestly whether a repair will still do.
